Focusing on protecting the youth who committed crimes, HKFCO, along with Kowloon West Youth-Care Committee and HK Police, organized a new project
Etoile Youth-Care.
Etoile Youth-Care aims to help the youth embrace communities again and improve their skill and morality through physical education.
With our new partners, we are closer to the goal of creating an inclusive community.
